Nadal: My dream is to be in the US Open



The Spanish tennis player will announce in the coming days if the injury in his right wrist finally allows to participate in the US Open.

Rafael Nadal said Monday that by Saturday he will make the decision if he will participate in the next US Open after his injury in the right wrist that has prevented him from being in Toronto and Cincinnati. "My dream is to be, and I will work to do so," he said.

Nadal has ensured that by now you can say "nothing" of the State of your wrist, since it has immobilized for three weeks, until morning see a doctor in Barcelona, where will be the "definitive" proof to find out "if the small tear has closed."

"If it is closed it will be matter of try and know how I feel when training; on Friday, maximum on Saturday will be taken the decision", he said.

The world number two in the world in the ATP rankings, who injured his wrist during a training session in Manacor, hopes to be able to defend the title of the US Open.
